FACADE AND FENCE DESIGN, CAINTA, PHILIPPINES

This project was a continuation of the Three Bedroom Single Detached House interior renovation that we did in Cainta, Rizal, Philippines. 

When the client contracted us to design the interior of her house, part of the project's phasing was to upgrade the façade and design the fence as well. The existing exterior of the house has a modern minimalist style and was originally designed by the developer Filinvest. 

The design requirement was to have a bold looking façade but still retains the existing minimalist character and a simpler and modern look for the fence.

ADDING BOLDNESS TO MODERN LOOK

The concept is as simple as upgrading the existing look, adding boldness to the facade's character and making the entire exterior vibe relevant to the interior design. Elements such as wood accents and natural paint tones will make the exterior of the house modern yet similar to the resort feel of interior spaces.

This project has its own difficulties such as standard design requirements and limitation from the developer as well as the existing site conditions that greatly affects the overall design process and outcomes.

Overall, this project was a success and we did our best to deliver a modern design that blends well with the interior design.
