FULL RESIDENTIAL INTERIOR DESIGN
Our design studio provides comprehensive residential interior design services. We will create a custom design based on your specific objectives and needs, ensuring that your vision becomes a reality. Collaborating with your architect and builder is a crucial component of the process to ensure that the design is executed from start to finish.
OUR RESIDENTIAL INTERIOR DESIGN INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES
Design- Our Design Service includes an initial design consultation, site visit, as-built measurements, interior design concept, 3D visualizations, furniture and equipment selections, and the preparation of drawings and specifications. The complete set of drawings and specifications will be given to your Builder and can be used for building permit, tender, and construction purposes.
Oversee- During construction, we visit the site to ensure that the builders are following the design and schedule, and we address any design issues.
Install- The final and most thrilling stage of the process is home decoration. Before the construction is completed, we will search for furniture, furnishings, artwork, window coverings, and decorations, and present them to the client for approval. Once approved, we will take care of the ordering, receiving, and installation to bring the final design of your home to life.
OUR DESIGN PROCESS
01 | PRE-DESIGN PHASE
We'll discuss your goals and vision for your house. After understanding your requirements, we'll present a design proposal with our services and fees. If you approve, we'll move on to the next phase.
02 | DESIGN PHASE
This phase involves taking measurements, gathering information, and creating an initial space plan. The layout can be revised twice until approved. Then, we'll create 3D visuals and show finishes/FF&E for your approval.
03 | DESIGN DETAILS
After approval, we'll create Interior Design drawings and specifications for building permits, tender & construction. Your builder will receive these documents from us before construction.
04 | OVERSEE
This phase involves site visits, answering design questions for builders and ensuring proper implementation on-site. All furnishings, rugs, window coverings, artworks, and decor are sourced in this phase.
05 | INSTALL
In the interior decorating phase, we'll install furniture, rugs, window coverings, art, and decor to bring your vision to life.
